In short
VALSYG provides decision-support information for Solana delegators. We don't manage your stake. We don't custody your funds. Our scores are best-effort, our methodology is public, and the decision to delegate is always yours.
The service
VALSYG produces validator scores and alerts using on-chain data. The service is provided through our website, email, webhooks, and (on Power plans) API.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We can suspend or terminate accounts used to abuse the service or violate these terms.
Payment & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in USD through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel any time. Every self-serve paid plan starts with a 14-day trial, which is the evaluation mechanism for the product — there is no separate refund promise. Billing questions go to billing@valsyg.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the service, abuse the API beyond documented rate limits, use the service to harass anyone, or resell VALSYG data without a separate agreement with us.
Disclaimers
VALSYG is not investment advice. Validator scores are an opinion built from on-chain data — they are not a guarantee of future performance, and they are not a recommendation to take any specific staking action.
The service is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the data correct and the system up; see /status for live system health and incident history.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VALSYG's total liability for any claim under or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can close your account any time from billing settings or by emailing us. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VALSYG is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction's courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
