In short
VALSYG collects the minimum information needed to deliver validator scores and alerts. We don't sell data, we don't run ad networks, and we don't track you across the rest of the internet. If you want your account and data deleted, email us and we'll do it within 7 days.
What we collect
- Account data — your email and the validator addresses you choose to watch.
- Billing data— handled by Lemon Squeezy. We see plan, billing email, and renewal status; we don't see your card details.
- Product usage — anonymized counts of which features you use, kept for 90 days and then aggregated.
- Operational logs — request logs (IP, path, response code) kept for 30 days for debugging and abuse prevention, then deleted.
Why we collect it
To deliver the product. Email is how we send alerts and account email; watched validator addresses are how we know what to score for you; product usage helps us decide which features to invest in; operational logs let us debug and protect against abuse.
We don't profile you for advertising. There is no advertising.
Where it lives
Application data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt) by default and in the US (Virginia) for users with US billing addresses, on infrastructure operated by our hosting providers. Backups are encrypted at rest.
Who we share with
The minimum set of vendors needed to run VALSYG:
- Lemon Squeezy — billing.
- Resend — transactional email and alerts.
- Hosting provider — infrastructure.
We do not share user data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics aggregators.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct anything that's wrong, or have your account and all associated data deleted. Email privacy@valsyg.com — we respond within 7 days.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies for session management and CSRF protection. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
